Amp Setup

Ok, im looking for some help with an amp setup. Im not very knowledgable on amps so thats why i'm here. I have bought the following as of now: Alpine 7995 and a set of CDT HD642DTs (3-way components). I plan to also buy a set of 2-ways to fill in the back sound but am running out of money so im going to hold off of those and the subs. Im looking for two 4-channel amps that will be able to power the components and eventually the 2-ways. The components are 150rms, im thining can i power them with 100 and still have good sound and be able to turn it up some or do i need more? Since ive bought all decent quality stuff up to now i dont want to buy a shit amp but like I said im looking at spending around 400. So can I get some help in buying a decent amp/amps? Thanks.

The JBL line is very decent amps for the price give them a look.

Just to make completely sure (i havent recieved the speakers yet and i know this is probably a really dumb question) when these speakers are rated at 150rms @ 4ohms, is that to each speaker or to each set of 3-speakers?
