i have a kicker zr 240 amp and hooked it up in car just to check it out and b4 i hooked speaker wire up i installed fuses. It blew all fuses after 2 seconds protection light came on and blew fuses no wires crossed .So i took bottom off and looked inside to see if any burned marks on board, i saw none. Any clues?

If there were no speakers (or speaker wire) hooked up to it at the time, then you have a problem. Check and make sure that the B+, REM, and ground are all wired into the correct places, and make sure that there are no stray strands of wire touching any other terminals.

like i said no fray wires or any thing but i figured it would have a burn mark an the inside , there were none no speaker wires hooked up. remote positive and ground were all correct
