Amp Problem

My amp cut out then made a popping noise in the speakers, when I checked the fuses in the amp they were blown, when I replace the fuses they blow as soon as they are installed. The amp is a US Amp MD.42, only had it like 5-6 months, do you guys think it is blown?

BTW this was after it being on like 4 hours on a road trip, pretty low volume also.

Unhook the speakers and see if it still blows the fuses. If it does, unhook the RCAs. Check to see if it still blows them. If so, Hope you have warranty.
