Amp problem, 1 rca louder than 2?

I currently have

1 RF Power 1000a2

2 Ascendant Audio 15's

I have it wired like this

when I hook it up like that, it seems like its barely wanting to hit, even after playing with the gains, but if I unplug one of the rca inputs on the amp, one speaker stops, while the other one gets much louder and sounds good.

I first thought it was the RCA on one of my amps, but I have 2 of the RF power 1000a2, and they both do the exact same thing. And they both worked fine before on 1 speaker

Could it just be its being under powered, with both or something? I am ont really clear I tried switching all the wires around, with no luck.

I have 2 sets of rca's running off my deck, back the amp, and tried using both pairs, and same results.

Any help or insight or tips to solving, I would really appreciate.

Right now there is one 8ga power wire running to it, I dunno if this could be it maybe, I am not expecting it to slam yet, I was just wanting to test the system out in the new box, make sure everything was working and setup up all right, but for some reason cant get both speakers to sound good together.

Why are you not running the amp bridged?

Also make sure you havnt mixed up the polarity on one of the speakers causing it to be out of phase with the other.

what are the specs of the subs and amp?

The amps, are like 600 rms and 800 max i believe, but was told they would sound great with this setup, they should still sound decent i figured underpowered, just not loud, they dont sound right together, not crisp, or even right. I think it has something to do with the wiring being haywire, or setup wrong but not for sure.

That is what I was wondering maybe I somehow got the polarity switched (wires backwards) on one of the speakers, but I tried switching the wires around backwards, and I dont think it helped, I tried so many things, I cant remember exactly.

The manual for the amp will tell you how to do this.

Bridging is generally done by running the +speaker wires from the positive of the left channel- and the negatives off the left channel, some amps go right to left your manual will tell you which one to use.
