Amp on, subwoofer not moving

Hello, I'm installing a 12" sub in my car to replace my 10. When I got it all wired up, the amp green light is on, but no power is going to sub. The settings on the heeadunit are correct, the amp is getting 12v on my multimeter, and the sub is wired correctly. One thing I noticed is if I put my multimeter to the + ' on the output going from amp to sub, theres 0 volts. Is that normal? What could be the issue?

Update- put old sub back in and it worked, so it has to be in the new one. Just took it out again and its wired correctly

Check inside of the box and see if wires came loose.

Fixed a few hours ago, forgot to update. I didnt bridge the positive to positive and negative to negative on the sub.

Update- put old sub back in and it worked, so it has to be in the new one. Just took it out again and its wired correctly

have you checked continuity on new sub?if 00.0 return the sub. car toys corrected that problem for me today...and no it was not blown guys,mfg. oops!

Thanks man, i actually had it wired wrong in the box, lol.
