amp for subs

http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2499would this amp a lil much for 2 Memphis PR DVC 15's. almost doubled their recomended, but i assume if i set the gain low it would be alright, right? any help would be thanked guys. also, if it is to much, should i just go with a hifonics bx606?
