he's just saying, hifonics isn't the cleanest power. not bad amps for the price, but audiopipe isn't as dirty, its cheaper, and its more powerful..

u want something between 1000- 1800 rms at 1 ohm

i ran a aq 2200 on 2 of the new ones and they sounded **** good BUT ilaid back some on the gain

yea, they don't have as much distortion at higher levels.

I love mine, but its kinda a power hog.. just like the hifonics
