I recently bought a RFR3115 (rockford Fosgate 15inch woofer) and i'm putting it in an SPL box

(site for the woofer http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/ez2/ModelInfo/ModelInfo.asp?ItemKey=10002263&CategoryDesc=Speakers%20-%20Raw%20Drivers%20/%20Separates)

Power handling(RMS) - 1000 Watts (500w coils at 2 ohms)

I'm looking for a sub that will power this badboy for around $200-250. I dont mind buying from people on the forums but i just want to make sure i buy the right amp.

I found this one refurb for 257 shipped: Hifonics BX1605D

I think i need a 40hm 1000w stable

Bump. Did some internet searching and cant seem to find anything that does 1000w at 4ohms. Am i right in thinking it should be wired that way? The cahrt i found said 2-2ohm coils = 4ohm load which means if i have 500w per coil i need 1000w at ohms right? or do i need 500w at 4ohms? Help Please!!!
