Amp for dual 2 ohm: 2 channel or mono

So I've been trying to decide how to wire my new Quart sub (dual 2) and I am going back and forth between bridging a 2 channel @ 4 ohm or running a mono class D @ 1 ohm. I know the answer is pretty simple: run the mono b/c of efficincy, etc. But I would like to have a 2 channel for the flexibility.

The rating on the sub is 600 watts continuous and I have been looking to power it with either a Diamond D3 600.1 or a Diamond D5 600.2.

Opinions with qualified experience appreciated!

Thanks:D
