Amp for 2- Dual 2 Ohm X-12s

I just gave my X12 and 1800.1d amp to my brother so i'm putting together a new system. I recently bought 2 -dual 2 ohm X12s and looking for a 4-5k watt amp for daily use but will also push the subs properly. Budget is 700, any ideas?
