amp doesnt turn on

ok thanks it worked. i tied the amps remote turn on lead to the blue/white wire instead of the solid blue wire and now works no matter what source the hu is on. thanks

yes it turns off when i turn the hu off. it turns on when the hu is on, no matter the source and then shuts off when the hu gets turned off.

thing about test lights is they have a tendacy to set of airbags if not careful so if you get one make sure you get the computer safe type and also a dmm is way better

Power probes are computer safe, and work much better than a test light. They give you the ability to power and ground any wire you want to.
