FYI it takes about 1 hour to assemble a woofer here or in China. The "savings" of having things assembled in China VS. USA for a company is probably around 20$. Considering it's probably cheaper to ship stuff unassembled savings is probably less than that.
Your logic is flawed if you can't figure out precisely where the IA parts are built.

American economy is in the toilet because 1. Private foreign banks have a complete monopoly of our money supply and issuance of credit, and 2. We pay people not to work and punatively tax, regulate, and otherwise punish people who do.

Do what makes you feel good, but be aware that in that level of woofer there is not going to be any performance loss from not using all American softparts, and the money spent on labor is minimal. IMO you're fighting the wrong battle here.

Who besides JL Audio makes there subs here in the U.S.? I was about to order some Sundown SA-12's but found out that they are made in China. I will not pay $200 a piece for Chinese speakers. I am willing to pay more for good ole American made stuff. Sad part is I had Pro-Rabbit build me a box for the SA-12's, what good American sub will work in the same box? I am willing to spend up to $400 per sub.

OP, you cannot just be biased like that. Remember that most of the time, some part of the amp or sub is always outsourced and the quality of the individual components have come a long way. Honestly, I bought American Bass thinking it was made in USA but saw the small sticker "Made in China" and I was like oh ****, yet they are some of the best subs I have ever owned for the money.

What about your car? Stuff in your house? Your cellphone? ETC. Are you gonna stop using it because some part of it was made in CHINA??? Even the stuff that is actually made entirely here, is probably made on equipment from China lol.
