Am i getting scammed out of subs? Sent money never got anything? Weird situation.

WOW ! i would have never thought sundown, if brandon makes these mistakes he deserves the axe...
What mistake ? There was never a reply that said the customer was getting nothing in return -- the only "mistake" was a delay in response which is not completely unusual when we get flooded with messages.

Everyone is really quick to start pointing the finger and over-reacting on the forums anymore.

We aren't going to start running off with customers money over less than 600 dollars after 6 years of doing what we do... the customer is going to get credited minus fees as you cannot reverse a transaction that is more than ~60 days old. The End.

I hope it works out but still don't get how you buy subs and cant afford to ship them to your self for 2 years ?
money can be tight.. we all have been in a situation where you buy something and have to sell it immediately because of over expenditure.

I cannot help but think this could have been handled a better way.
i agree. but all that matters is both parties handle it properly in the end resolution.

Not 2 years for what he say 60$? Or don't buy something you can afford product and shipping? Not saying it was right what has happened but come on lol

i will no longer comment on here since its getting resolved but to me anytime a customer has to resort to a thread like this in order to get what they desrve is a huge mistake on the companies part ...

 
It's not so much of him making mistakes as it is how he handles it once its brought to his attention. Lets just see what happens before we pass judgement.
i dont think i passed judgement i just stated what was said in the original post that company offered no help or resolution thus why op started the thread . also you were on o f the first to judge remeber?

The customer got a reply this morning BEFORE I saw the thread, by the way... nice way to jump to conclusions and see what you want to see. I only saw this because my name was tagged in it -- I don't read every thread on every forum; especially if it's not in my section. It's nice that people such as yourself are always looking for some way to drag down a successful person or entity, though.

The original e-mail thread indicates all the facts were being lined out before a resolutions is made; 1) that the woofers are no longer here and 2) that the time-table is correct -- followed by 3) the resolution.

I contacted the customer for nine months, per my e-mail log, after building the drivers about pick up, shipping, meeting up, etc -- then no further replies came back to my e-mails (prior to building them we had some e-mail difficulties back and forth as well). When a customer buys something and says they are coming to get it -- I assume they will come get it OR they will eventually call or e-mail me again. Obviously something major happened in this case and that never happened -- BUT after 2.5 years when the customer did e-mail us again the situation was resolved amicably; albeit with a little bit of delay due to us being very busy -- there was no need for any post at all; my name being tagged in this post is the only reason I saw it and has nothing to do with resolving the issue.

Therefore; there is absolutely no reason to be making the assumptions that you are making.

i only tagged you just so you could resolve this and not have a similar situation like Skar.

i figured you would clean in up quick before every jumped on the Riot wagon and began the uprising.

Cal's post is one of those i hope would not occur. he's thinking rash.
