Obviously something major happened in this case and that never happened -- BUT after 2.5 years when the customer did e-mail us again the situation was resolved amicably; albeit with a little bit of delay due to us being very busy -- there was no need for any post at all; my name being tagged in this post is the only reason I saw it and has nothing to do with resolving the issue.Therefore; there is absolutely no reason to be making the assumptions that you are making.</blockquote>
