The customer got a reply this morning BEFORE I saw the thread, by the way... nice way to jump to conclusions and see what you want to see. I only saw this because my name was tagged in it -- I don't read every thread on every forum; especially if it's not in my section. It's nice that people such as yourself are always looking for some way to drag down a successful person or entity, though.
The original e-mail thread indicates all the facts were being lined out before a resolutions is made; 1) that the woofers are no longer here and 2) that the time-table is correct -- followed by 3) the resolution.
I contacted the customer for nine months, per my e-mail log, after building the drivers about pick up, shipping, meeting up, etc -- then no further replies came back to my e-mails. When a customer buys something and says they are coming to get it -- I assume they will come get it OR they will eventually call or e-mail me again. Obviously something major happened in this case and that never happened -- BUT after 2.5 years when the customer did e-mail us again the situation was resolved amicably; albeit with a little bit of delay due to us being very busy -- there was no need for any post at all; my name being tagged in this post is the only reason I saw it and has nothing to do with resolving the issue.
Therefore; there is absolutely no reason to be making the assumptions that you are making.
