There was never a reply that said the customer was getting nothing in return -- the only "mistake" was a delay in response which is not completely unusual when we get flooded with messages.Everyone is really quick to start pointing the finger and over-reacting on the forums anymore.We aren't going to start running off with customers money over less than 600 dollars after 6 years of doing what we do... the customer is going to get credited minus fees as you cannot reverse a transaction that is more than ~60 days old.
