What would I need for a 6000 watt system?As in electrical?

6000.you gonna need a sp270 and like 4-5 group 31 batts I just happen to have those for you.deka9A31 refurbs for $100 plus shipping each.and the people I have seen been waiting usually have custom ordered alts.

Thats why I asked about an alt I need a HO alt and I also need batteries for a 6000 watt system and it's a daily driver.

Yes you will need 3 maybe even a fourth. Are you gonna run them at 1 ohm or .5

I'm going to get 4 12" icons and wire 2 to one amp and the other 2 to the other amp and they are going to be wired down to 1 ohm.

Ok 3 of the xs power batts then may I ask why you willing to spend so much more on them.

Well I was looking at Kinetik batteries and they said I would need 3 HC2000 batteries. How would that be?

Call these companies. Many of them can build an alt for you, even if it's not listed on their site. Site DC, Mechman, Irragi, and Excessive Amperage. There's others but I don't know enough about them to recommend them.

I'd avoid iraqqi personally, I live in same town as him and was gonna go threw him, tried calling him 8 times over the course of a month, left 2 voicemails with my # and no response or call back. After some research on this forum and other forums he's been sued at least two times (and the lawsuits succeeded) and a lotta people got shotty alternators which either died quickly or didn't do the rated power. I'm getting mine from mechman this weekend and he said he's not even sure iraqqi is even in business anymore. He did speak well about DC though.
