kinetik 1800 + Acid or kinetik 1200 + 600

I already have Kinetik 600 in the trunk connected to the FAC batt. which is ACID

for now i want to upgrade

should i replace the acid batt by Kinetik 1200 and keep the 600 in the trunk

or add 1800 in the trunk and keep the acid one.

Note: I am using PAC200 isolator.

AMP: JBL Crown 2200.1

McIntosh MC4000M

Car: VW R32

ALT 140A

FAC Batt: 80Ah

i will do this. I figered that i can fit 1800 under the hood.

I would put a 1800 or 2000 in back...you want support as close to the amps as possible.

Thats true, Do what he says. Ditch the 600 and sell that. Keep the acid for now.

Make sure the front battery is in good shape, if it is worn it won't charge correctly where it always places a load on the alternator that might over charge other batteries in better shape behind it.

These will help keep everything good and easy to use. Also that charger can revive a lot of stubborn batteries like old wet cell lawn mower batteries and all types of 12v lead acid batteries. I would say it would pay for itself due to the fact using it periodically it will keep all your batteries lasting longer and in many cases get a year or more out of what you would think was a bad battery before. I have one and just in old used car batteries my buddy gets when he swaps and sells cars. It has saved him tons over buying new batteries.
