Alternator whine

Hi my friend installed my stuff he saying it's my radio I don't think it's radio I have 2 amps a crossover noise coming from speakers and the subs, even if the car is off I can hear feed back out the speakers.

Break down the radio, amps and speakers for us.

Sounds like a bad ground. Equipment list. Have you tried grounding the RCA jackets?

Sorry took so long to reply no, I will try that the person that put everything in is telling me it's your radio then he said everything needs to be rewired .
