Alternator trouble

Today i finally got a chance to call around and see if anyone could rewound my alternator. I called one place. Conversation went like this.

Me: Hey, i have a 96 Honda Accord and was looking into getting my Alternator rewounded, can you do this for me

Guy: No we sure cant buddy

Me: Well do you all sell alternators

Guy: Yea we do

Me: Well how much do they cost?

Guy: Regular

Me: How many amps is it?

Guy: Standard

Me: Ok, have a good day. bye

He really didnt help me out much. And another place told me i had a 90amp alternator and that he couldnt rewound it no more than the 90amp on hondas. And that is the furthest they will go. Will someone please through some advice to me. I really need to get my alternator rewound because that Tsunami 1800T is gonna kill me. Any advice and help would be appreciated

yea i kno i can keep looking around but i wanted to get mine rewound because with all the stuff that keeps hitting me, money is not very long at all. Thats why i was gonna throw about 100-120 into an alternator. But i think all the other ones are 200 and up.
