Alternator or other issue?

Well to update everyone on my situation I upgraded the alternator, did the big 3, all my wiring is now 0-2awg, replaced the amp an deck unit an it is still doing the dame thing. I think i made a rookie mistake by not checking the sub but last thing to do is check the sub to see if coils are fried. How do i test the sub for ohms an what should It read? It is a 4ohm pioneer.

gains no to high?, using alot of bass boost? i guess u have amp bridged to sub it is a svc 4 ohm right not a dvc, or maybe just simply need agm starting battery but 1st check that ground is really good if none of those idk..

Yeah I've checked all my grounds an them check out good. It is an svc 4ohm. Gain is 1/3 up with no bass boost. Sub is bridged also. I went to a yellow top ultima with an isolator. I'm assuming underpowered by the alternator has to be as bad as overpowered right?

i can't believe u having problems with that low power with good bat and new alt., maybe something wrong with sub or amp only other thing could be wire anywhere touching, make sure all big 3 wires have nothing under them paint, dirt or hu could need extra ground seen that before.. i think u should borrow someone sub if still have problem borrow amp lol.. u did load test the new alt right? at least test it at ldle make sure u getting a good 14.6v or so, if so idk know man..

Lol I know right. That is what I'm thinking to is trying a different sub. That is only thing I haven't checked. If my sub is blown is it possible that would make my amp heat up an cause this issue?
if something is wrong with it i guess it could, i'd try another one anyway if u know someone that'll let u set theirs in your car 20 mins..
