Alpine Type X comp. set up?

I have the 5.25 comp. in Q-logic kicks and the 6.5 mid bass kit going in the doors. This is in a new Chevy Silverado. I plan on deadening the doors and kicks. I have an Alpine mrv- f345 4 ch. How would you guys set this up? I've never ran active and I'm using the pioneer avh-p4000dvd and only have two pre amp out puts. Budget is starting to run thin and I still need a sub and sub amp.

Split the front output for both sets of comps, rear output for sub.

I am planning for another amp for the sub. I figured using y adpapters on the front rca's to feed the four ch. amp. channels 1-2 for the kicks and 3-4 for the mid bass in the doors and the rear doors off the deck. Unless there is a better way?
