any recommendations? im picking up a set of Alpine Type-S SPS-571A component speakers, with 8-40 watt RMS output... could anyone recommend a good amp for these? my budget is around 300, but if its really worth it i will go to 350

if anyone else has recommendations on other component speakers that will give me better bang for my buck, tell me

going in a toyota FJ cruiser

350?? thats a great budget and you'll have plenty of choice with that much $$ for a 4 channel, i would even go out on a limb to say get a 75x4 unit if you are very careful on the gains and will give u headroom in the future. If you are still undecided send me a PM and I will direct you a number of SQ top units in your range.

I would just go with a ported box tuned from 32 hz. - 35 hz.
