im hooking up an alpine cda-9856 with a pair of alpine type-r 6x9s and a 50x4 watt alpine amplifier (mrv-f301) in my car next week.

will this sound pretty good???

what exactly are you going for??
also...most of the guys here are anti-rear fill... i'm one of 'em... i got rid of my 6X9s (or whatever size those things were) when i installed my L7's and didn't notice they were missing...

well im going to be buying some inifinity components for the front when i get the cash, i just dropped $300 on this stuff so it wont be for a little bit

probably wont buy a sub until i get another car.

i just HAVE to replace my rear speakers because they are a little bassy but they distort heavily with volume.
