yay, thanks for the pics... i couldn't find them anywhere... looks like alpine's doing decent stuff again, but not aiming SQ as much as they used to (CD>Ipod)...

The CDA-9887 appears to be a bit of a step more of the SQ direction when it finally comes out.. Though the IDA unit "looks" a lot slicker.
