I have some custom stereo builds I'm working on where I want the best small (ATV size) and lightweight battery out there, that lasts the longest. I've been using XS agm batteries, but then I saw the Braille lithium-ion batteries and those look trick. Would they be better? Is Braille the best when it comes to lithium batteries?

Li ion batts are like rediculously expensive and wouldnt be worth it yea they can last while but if you have to use long term battery power your gonna need a bank so that you dont drain your batts below the recoverable voltage. Anything below 9v damages agm batts lithium batts are different but nobody on here has used them enough to answer your question.

but I can say braille makes a good batt

A bank?

What I've been building are sound systems built into portable enclosures, using aftermarket car stereo equipment. The AGM batteries inside the enclosures gets run down to around 10.5 V (after hours of use), and thats when it barely has enough juice to power the system. after a recharge it's good to go again, and I try to keep them on a trickle charger as much as possible. So I'm not doing any damage to the batteries, right?

If cost isn't an issue, are li-ion batteries better for this application?

^Nevermind, all I need to know is: If money isnt an issue, are lithium batteries more versatile and make better audio batteries than AGM?

What kind of charger do lithium batteries require? I use a Schumacher smart charger most of the time, would that work
