Aftermarket Wiring Harness

I am looking for a wiring harness for a 2004 Ford F150. I have been searching and found several different types of harness for that year. Can someone PLEASE tell me which one is right?

There are different harnesses to suit different option packages. Go to Metra Online | Welcome to Metra Auto Parts Online Warehouse and use the Vehicle Fit Guide, or tell me what body and trim your '04 F150 is. If you have the standard sound system and don't need steering wheel radio controls you should get 70-5520 or a compatible harness from a different company.

I've got a Latiat Supercrew (4door) with the standard sound system but with Steering wheel controls. Not too concerned if I have to lose those though.

Metra doesn't list the Lariat model, but I did find out it has the 5.4 V8. With that information it seems you have a factory amplifier, as Metra shows the 70-5521 FORD 03-UP AMP HARNESS. You have the option of retaining your steering wheel controls with part number ASWC.

If your truck has the factory sub and amp Metra part #70-5521 without sub and amp Metra # 70-1771
