Aftermarket door speaker mount??

We need to swap out the factory door speakers in the new tundra with rainbow Germaniums. The stock are 6x9, I think ? and this company makes a plate that helps mount the 6.5"

There are two options though. The cheap one has a recommendation to only use on entry level, cheaper components. They say not to use high end speakers with the cheap bracket, instead, to use the more expensive one.

Do you guys think it's going to make a difference if I just get the cheaper model? Here's the two links

Second option is kinda pricey unless you will be using everything that comes in the kit. The first adapter is a thin walled plastic not engineered for excessive power loads. This is the reason why my last customer wanted a beefed up adapter for his 04 mustang.

Make your own. That's what I did after I bought cheap adaptors and threw them in the trash.
A lot of people use thick cutting boards. I used some scrap birch I had.
This is what I did with my Tacoma.
