Aftermarket Bose has no sound in factory Bose 99 Bonne...

After installing an aftermarket Bose into a 99 Bonneville equipped with factory Bose amp I recieved sound very briefly and now there is no sound what so ever. The system powers up normally with no issues except that there is no sound. I have used writing diagrams to properly wire up the system. I dont understand what is wrong. I'm not sure which wire is to the amp, I hear it needs tio be bypassed... all wiring is solid colored... All fuses intact... Any help please...
