How do I properly Sound Deaden this...

What I've done in the past is running a bead of silicone around all of the moving parts from the back side of the panel. Then throw a little deadener on it and it should be good to go

is it rattling against something or just resonating? figure that out first before blindly throwing deadener on it.

It's just resonating. Those white things on the top and bottom stick out from the plastic 2-3 inches. I'm guessing that might be part of it. I have 1 door completely put together and 1 door with the plastic door trim panel off. With the trim panel off it sounds great, no high pitch rattles.
