Help with First set up (06 GMC 2500HD)

Hey guys i have always been into car audio but over the past 15 years all of my money has generally gone to going fast and my stereo system never really got past just a cd player. Well i just got done doing a full system in my 2006 23' Malibu LSV wakeboarding boat and it has given me the itch to do my truck. I used alot of Kicker products in my boat so im gonna stick with their stuff (i also can get smokin deal on it thru a friend). On my Boat i used two ZX850.4 amps for the tower speakers (Kicker KM6500.2 - (2) HLCD & 2 6.5" mids) and the six (6) cabin components (Kicker KM6250.2) amd a ZX1000.1 on two (2) RE Audio *** 12s. I have the Clarion M309 HU with two wired remotes and one (1) 4 farad cap and two (2) ST-120 Shuriken batteries. I love it and like i said i'm ready to do the truck now. Below is what i'm gonna do:

Pioneer AVIC-P4300DVD with XM & iPod cord

Kicker ZX 500.1 amp on one (1) RE Audio *** 10 2ohm (custom box under the drivers side rear seat)

Kicker ZX650.4 biamped on a set of Kicker RS 6.5" components in the front door/a pillar

Kicker IX500.4 biamped on a set of Kicker RS 6.5" components in the rear doors (i have to use the IX amp here due to space limitations.

Stinger roadkill sound deadening material on the outside panel and inside panels of all four doors, back of the truck near the bed, all of the floor and the transmission tunnel and up as far as i can get it without removing the main dash panel.

My main question is on the xovers. Should i still run the externals for the compnents and adjust them also from the amp or should i get some type of audio control xover to cancel out the signals prior to the amp and if so what would be the best way/model for me to use? Please remember i have limited space. I'm not a bass head and i mainly listen to techno type music and rock so i reall want my mids and highs to be really clear. I feel like i should be able to get enough bass with the one 10" sub. Also any comments would be really helpful. I think that the stock electrical system will be fine since this truck comes with a twin battery system from the start.

Sorry for the long first post but i think i have been bitten by the bug and i like it.

I have been told by the guy who is building my box that he can make it fit without any issues. You are the first person who has said i need more power to that sub and i kinda agree with you but i guess i will just see what it will do and then go from there. I do have an old school punch 200DSM amp i could always use somewhere???? haha.
