More air to clear, first off, our company was in possible transition with a very large retailer, but not like i have to explain myself, but after months of working with them, we feel that its best if we retain full ownership of our company and just be a brand for them and as for your wise as remarks about our products, lets do some numbers, over 3 generations of Execution woofers, we have sold over 2000 not alot like other companies but good enough for us to be happy with the outcome, as for your glue issue! if you simply take the woofer and box it up and ship it back to us, we will review it and repair it, we have for other, why would we not want to do it for you! as for selling our company and ME telling you what my inventory was and what my plans with my company are.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I WOULD FIRST OFF, NEVER HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE CALLING IN WITH REGARDS TO SUCH TOPICS! yes very true, and they do millions a year with them, so on a biz note i can understand that every brand has its place with a retailer, great point, but we are not a boss, we dont want that market as we can not cater to that dealer, and keep onething in mind, alot of our dealers carry certain brands and in alot of shops you wont find boss! or like brands! the more i travel around, you can see that more and more dealers are pulling back on brands like that and leaving them to the shops that use distributors as thier main sourcing of equipment, but what iam trying to say is , boss has good products and is a very profitable company, shit the CES floor space and booth must cost over $200K but we are a much smaller company in a different direction but i will agree with you thats you did bring up a very good point!

it sounds like to me that your lying about the conversation that we had, in case you dont recall, i was willing to drive the woofers to your shack, as long as you promised me that the roof wouldnt cave in (may not make sense to most of you, but HE KNOWS what im talking about), also the claims with the BBB resulted from YOU not taking care of YOUR dealers in Buffalo and YOU not standing behind YOUR products..................... also china made product and korean made products are two different things, since your in the industry, you should know the difference between the two buildhouses.....me, i prefer my woofers hand made and machined right here in the usa. i can get a DD or FI for the price of a brand new X from you..........i dont know mike and wasnt even involved in this thread till early this morning..i am merely stating some of the bs you have thrown to me personally and dealer's in my area.....if you feel that what im saying is not relevant to this thread, then mod's, please split this into a new thread for joe

in this pic im just pointing out the fantastic glue job, look at the 2nd woofer, you can clearly see what im talking about as far as the spider goes, both woofers are like this, on all 4 spiders and this was done from the abuse of 2 memphis 1100d's, i went as far as asking tc-sounds to recone them and put a new basket on them after you told me you were out of business..................as far a the subs go now, ill just keep them as is, in 2 years when your actually out of business, they may be worth something, hell, i may even sell them back to you, so you can use them as a good reference point as to what went wrong with your life.....it should be a good remember when for you.....

Iam not going to keep going back and forth, i guess we can air out back and forth for hours, but really, what iam going to tell you, is that i dont have a problem with a dealer in buffalo, we dont have a dealer in buffalo, NY and as for a shack and blowing off or whatever you said, really I have never had a conversation with you nor do i know what your talking about, if you would like to be a man and call me and talk to me about it , then i will make that an offer to you, but really NO JOKE, i do not remember talking with you and if you have an issue with a woofer, why would you just leave it alone? ???? i mean we have not shipped a GEN2 woofer in a long time as our GEN3 woofers have been out and is your problem with the glue or is the woofer not working? i would like to know! and as for not having specs on the GEN1 sorry that you feel that way, again, i got back to you as fast as i could and we have specs! just not something that we i have right on me, thats what i was trying to say to you! and as for NSGM13, its pretty clear that you have an interest in brand of products just as strong as i do! or you would not result to words like that, but its kinda of a joke dude, cause i shake hands with companies from all sides of the industry and for you to make comments like that you are just showing everyone something! This cat doesn't really know when to quit....He is the President of this company right? This maybe odd but my perspecitive of a company President doesn't involve going back and forth with the only results being making a bigger fool of not only himself, but his business. I would have given him the products free of charge to ease his loss of business due to your company's lack of being responsible.

So you are aware that you are putting an absurd burden on us and just don't care? I was completely agnostic when I came into this, but you are hurting your case and damaging your reputation with each post you make.

In a few weeks, after this thread has been indexed by Google, every search anyone does on your company name is going to point here. Good luck with that.

 
It would be much better to discuss this over AIM or Email then bring it back to the forums after you've resolved it amongst yourselves rather then just let others add fuel to the fire despite not knowing the circumstances.

your an asshat, now you are again proving how much you lie, just like in the earlier post, where you guys said you never talk to mike..........why would i give up??????? you told me you sold the company and couldnt help me in anyway and there were no recones available, you even offered to sell me some bnib x's that you had left, i laughed.........use the search button and look at some experiances people have had with tc-sounds, they are only a small step above you, thats because in the end, they actually do attempt to take care of the customer...........

as far as no dealers in buffalo as of today, your right about that, but we still have the x's that your rep left as demo's.........the guy never came back after your insurance scam was exposed......do you remember now? i feel you dont, so i will continue.... your roof collapsed as a result of snow and ice and you took all the water damaged products and had your reps peddle them to dealers after insurance had paid you back 300% for what you say you lost, then 90% of your products failed and you refused to help out in any way, thats why claims were filed with the BBB, so please stop acting like you dont know me or never talked to me, your a liar......there is no point to me calling or emailing you since you deny that these conversations ever took place when your in the public eye, NG is right, you and your company are a joke.........you, your company and your reps, left dealers in this area coming out of their own profits to take care of the customer after this all went down, you have never done anything to help the dealer's recoup the money that they lost and the damaged reps that they suffered by dealing with you guys, i see that this trend continues, this time it isnt in buffalo..................................................................
