Advice plz

I recently installed some 6x9s in my rear deck that are rated at 75w RMS and 120w peak. I want to get some 5 1/4 components for the front and run them all from a single amp. The components that I'm looking at are 45w RMS and 200w peak. Should I get components that are rated higher, or would an amp that pushes 40 or 50w RMS be sufficient to run my 6x9s? Any suggestions are appreciated and budget is not a concern.

50 watts will be fine. There's a good possibility that the comps will handle more than rated power as well...
