Advice on amps

dude are you serious, i was hitting over 141 in a trunk off of a kx 1200 and 1 alpine type r 12.maybe you may wanna sit back and listen ,so you can learn a thing or two about car audio and building a system.:ponder:my truck with my 12's does 152.8 bd's all day long

 
hes goin for quality not spl if u listen right and if u were really about car audio u would no its the box that makes the dif not the amp so mayb u should sit back and listen or give the right advice

 
i wouldnt go up to 2k unless your doing big 3 electrical upgrades etc.

if sq is what u want then this bad boy is the one id get, class a/b amazing sound but its big over 2 feet long and comes with amp install kit

personally id get the daytona, it was their top of the line amp and is american made before they went to korea and china, cadence is clearing out a lot of their old stock and u can be a lucky person to get this rare amp

this would be the best amp, and most effecient amp if money is not a problem, this is the amp i would go with.

mmatsamps are extremely effecient

so for the money id get the cadence dca it is their top of the line and was a 500 dolalr amp but its old stock, but if money isnt the problem id get the mmats d1600.1 brand new only like 11 inches by 6 inched iirc and super effecient. made in florida by west palm

 
im sure hes not going to be competing in a sq comp.. and amp are important. lets compare a 1600 boss amp to a dc 1.5 which would be better?? and capacitors really wont help so just a waste of money... what kind of vehicle do you have

actually the car wasn't an spl car ,and i do know hat i'm talking about.i've been installing longer than you prolly have been alive ,so , slow your role .and for your info it's the box and amp ,but thats just for starters ,if it's an sq set up you must take all components into the equation ,not just box and amp.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/spank.gif.0d78e34d42ea8780359e903aeb6697d6.gif

 
usually a 2 channel of 4 channel amp are class a-b amps ,and aren't as efficient as the class d mono block ,which means that they draw more power than a d class with the same power rating.and may not sound as good at higher volumes
