You say that your amp is 2 ohms stable, but what type of amp are you talking about?
Most mono amps are 2 ohms stable, and if that is what you have, then you can wire them up either series-parallel, or you can wire them up parallel-series. Both will give you a 2 ohms load.
If your amp is a 2 channel amp, then they are usually only 2 ohms stable when ran in stereo. In this case, you are out of luck, cause you can only run each of your subs at 1 or 4 ohms.
Most 2 channel amps are not stable when bridge at 2 ohms. If however, yours is, then again, you can run it either way that I had mentioned aboved.
