Advice for 175$ 2 or 4 channel amp.

As im doing this for a friend. My budget is firm. If it was me, id buy quality for more $$ but i cant

so i need an amp for 175$ max that can give me atleast 90rms. If its two channel its fine. Ill just run him passive fronts. If its 4 channel great. ill run him active.

Ive spent way too much time trying to figure out whats a good amp and whats not. Everything for that price range seems to have varying issues. Overheating and such.
