advice and feedback please

Hello there this is my first post, so here it goes. I am getting back into car audio and its been a while since I was up to speed on current products so I figured I would do some research so here we go. I have been looking REAL HARD at the cerwin vega stroker pro 12s. What do you think about these subs? Has anybody heard them? Is there a better sub than those? Whats your favorite sub on the market right now and why?

Well.. It can be a great driver. You shouldn't listen to anyone that suggests one brand or model over another without knowing what you're looking for. Do you just want to get loud or do you want clean, crisp sound? Maybe a mixture of both? How much space is available and what kind of budget are you leaning toward?

and as far as my favorite sub brand, digital designs is one of them.

I guess your right did not give enough info hope this helps out.. The car is a 04 svt focus hatchback. The amount of room willing to give up, all of it , but willing to give them up if needed. I have 2 , 3000 watts rms at 1ohms mono block bass amps. They have a 18 db remote gain knob. I have a 4x150 rms at 4ohms mids and highs amp. I have a stinger spv44 battery and a optima yellow top battery under the hood. Also a 200 amp alternator, a 20 farrad digital cap, and a 2 farrad digital cap. Also a lanzar optid100 bass processor/line driver with remote knobs, and a phoenix gold sld44 4ch line driver. Don't have subs or mids and highs or head unit yet. I used to like being one of the loudest guys around ,but as expensive as the products are now a days I want it to be loud but beautiful. So i guess i am now a sq man, but i would still LOVE to be able to adjust some knobs reset some settings put a bass track on and make people sh*t themselves lol or at least make them go turn theres off. So i guess I'm wanting the best of both worlds. Oh yeah i know this is also a factor i mostly listen to metal hard rock but i am a metal head new metal and old metal. nothing but yellow top optima is installed yet and budget is flexible. The subs i have been looking into are 2 cerwin vega stroker pro 12s the reviews claim its the most beautiful sounding spl sub they ever have heard

with all that equip in that car... there is NO WAY to possibly keep your back seats up... back hatch isnt to big unless you do anyways.. using that power, your going to need more than 1 driver, which will take up more than that little hatch w/out seats down (might be buyin a zx5 myself in a few days)

dclvl 4xl should take that power ok

dd 9500 would take that power all day but are a tad expencive

dd 3500 should be fine with that power and arnt to expencive and have very good sq.
