quality is good. They take more than rated and do get loud for some budget subs. I had 2 of the 15's in 6 cubes sealed and it was crazy loud off a jbl 500/1. Had one ported in 3.5@35hz ran off a mtx 311d and it was surpisingly loud for just that one sub and about 300watts.

and its good but i think its my box or my head unit that makes it sound "off"

small sealed one im pretty sure i cracked it cuz when i first got it i could feel the bass HARD in my car now i can barely and it sound whack

i would go AT LEAST 2-2.25cubes per sub sealed. Leave the prefabs alone unless its made from mdf and be sure to reseal the insides with silicone just to be sure.

i have 2 pr 12s in a ported box built by my cousin and a pr 2.100 amp. I like the subs but when i crank them hard they start sounding bad and loose bass. What should i do about this.
