Added a 1.5F cap...sub doesn't hit as hard

well unlike most of the people above im not goin to be an a** about why it is doing this to your sub. Your electrical system cant benefit from the cap if it is already struggling, its like adding another battery y add two if you cant keep one charged. I would say upgrade your alt and then decide from there.

Electrical:

1. Do the big3 in 1/0...

Big Three: Add the following wires using 1/0 wire

-Alternator to positive battery terminal

-Battery negative to chassis ground

-Battery negative to engine block ground

2. Upgrade Stock Battery to deep cycle...

I recommend an optima Yellow top, or a Kinetik 1400 or 1800 (http://www.kinetikaudio.com email for direct pricing...it's cheaper).

3. (If needed) High Output Alternator

Don't cheap out.

http://www.mean-green.com ( I use and recommend them, great warranty)

Stay away from Motor City Reman and Alterstart. They ****...

4. (If needed) Add another deep cycle battery in parallel with existing battery. Locate it near your amps.

I have a Redtop in my mustang, so I think I'm fine there. I just took the cap out, and my sub still doesn't hit like it did 3 days ago //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I can never good enough alone lol. Oh well this is my first system.
