Hey guys, I have a friend that drove nearly 800 miles to my residence(met on our car forum), we are working on a full audio system. We plan on a full fiberglass/mdf trunk setup, so everything is coming,

Looks good so far. But why didn't you seal the holes in the door after you deadened the door skins and before you deadened the inner door?

lucky you didnt have the previous generation's harness; you couldnt run wires through those harness like yours.

Oh, back on topic:

I hate honda's stock door speakers. I hate even more the fact that they're not a perfect circle. I had to cut my doors to accomodate 7's. Heck, even 6.5" wouldn't fit without a good 3/4" spacer. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

Hey Guys, i am the one working on it with my friend that drove down, he is paying me a little but not nearly the full cost, doing it for fun and him coming all his way is enough!

I sealed my doors on my accord with sheet metal, but not on these, didn't feel like it was completely nessecary, we also had to cut the doors with the jig, running the wires through the door harness was a PITA

Hey Guys, so a small update with a bunch of pics.

I got the ps2 slim glove box I made for Albert installed, I was happy to see it finally installed and looking good, the glove box was a PITA to make but sure happy with the results!

Anyhow, today we finished wiring the rear deck and installing the JL tr's in the rear. We cleaned out Al's trunk and started thinking...and thinking... and then ate lunch, and thought better.

I started cutting some wood to fit our idea and currently have the sides glassed for the amps. The sides aren't going to be full boxes, i jus wanted to get a mold, so that they firmly sit in the trunk and don't move around. I think it is looking good so far, really no structure but we have an idea of what we want.

Albert is finally got to do some glass, he asked if it is okay to use acetone to take the glass stuck to his arm off, I said it was ok...right?lol.
