Accessing Door and Rear Speakers

I'm new to all this and any help on how to access the rear speakers and remove the door panels on my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant would be much appreciated. Thnx in advance.

Some mitsubishi doors have there bolts/screws hidden behind little removeable tabs, just look all over the door just be sure not to break any of the little pop clips.
