The sa is rated at 600 watts rms and the sd is rated at 500 and has a smaller motor to fit in shallow boxes.

thats all lol ? sq is = on both ? i mean for 2 shipped sd 2 it cost me 370 $ and for 2 sa 10 it cost me 470 $ thats why i want to know if there other thing i should know cause 100 $ is 100 $ lol

The SA is a better sub, and the pricing reflects that. If your box dimensions allow for it, I would choose the SA. If your limited on depth, than the SD is a better choice.
