because i told you what you were getting and you were fine with it then you get it show your friend then he tells you there junk amps thats when you wanted a refund i gave you the products model number so you could do wioth it what you wanted sorry but i did nothing wrong

If the webpage (or other product literature) clearly states less power than what dbman stated; then he is in the wrong and needs to refund the money.

If the webpage (or other product literature) states exactly what he told you then I don't see how he could be expected to know that the information was not accurate.

Also I believe he would be in the wrong if he quoted you the peak power as being the RMS power.

How many times do I need to tell you I bought the amp beacuse you had indicated it ran 2 X 500 rms and thats what I needed.

My friend didnt say the amp suxed. I never said that he told me the Dynamic watts were just fancy wording.

YOU screwed up when you said that It was 2 X 500 RMS when it is truly 2 X 500 watts.

Please post everything so we can see who is in the wrong..but as of now I stand that the seller is at fault, and thus needs to do whatever is equitable in light of the circumstances.

Its the amp in my sig that shows watts not RMS. And he quoted the watts when i asked for RMS.

There is no thread except I made a thread looking for an amp with ceratin specs. He sent me a PM saying that this would meet that.

I waited until I had the money. When I did he sent me another pm stating he just got more powerful amps in and this would be cheaper.
