actualy it looks even worse i have never done a recone before and when my woman was poorin the glue on and i was holding the dust cap down to keep the mounting flange bent in the proper direction the glue ran pretty bad... i blame her but i am very pleased with it i still like it much better than the original cone

thats not a "custom" IB3, thats a "POS CLUELESS DUMBASS DECIDED TO HIT IT WITH PAINT AND AN INVERTED CAP" IB3

click on the recone option on http://www.ficaraudio.com and select dual 2

so dual 2 is what makes it custom? Should have mentioned this as the IB3 is a pretty new line.

tell me about it ive gone thru four cameras over the years and be it a shitty mic, no sound at all, blurry pics, choppy vids, or all of the above i get the short end of the stick
