A few wiring questions.

Ok i have recently purchased a new amp and it has dual 4 ga inputs for power and ground.

Funds are limited so I got a length of 1/0 a distro block that has 1/0 in and 4 4ga outs also got a inline fuse holder with a 250a fuse...is this adequate for 1/0.

My question is do I have to do the same with the ground or is it ok to just run 2 4 ga wires right to my ground point and directly in to the amp with no distro block?

Also I am running 1/0 for the first time in my van and wanted to know is it ok to run the wire under the van say thru the frame rail or someplace under there?

A simple SEARCH would have answered that.... Depends on the length, 250-300+ you'll be fine.

It's only as good as you make it.... make sure it's protected from the elements

well.... if it was me...

I'd first use braided sleeving, this kind http://cableorganizer.com/nylon/

Then some plastic looming, along with pipe clamps to secure.
