Ok guys, time for my major project of the summer. I recieved the first batch of gear I ordered today, and more will be coming in over the next week. If all goes as planned the build will be done within a month (I work full time doing Car Audio so it's hard to find time to do my own gear). Here are a few pictures of what came today, and an explanation of whats to come for a first post:

The car:

Mods:

-Hella MK4 look lights

-FK Grill

-FK Koenigsport Suspension

-Eurosport Intake

-Borla Exhaust

-Brospeed Headers

-18" ABT Rims

-Euro Sport front and rear upper sway bars

Gear Already In Posession for System:

Diamond D6600.4:

Alpine CDA-9835 (Installed Last week- will be re-installed as part of build)

Products Recieved Today (Installation Accesories):

-Dynamat Dynaliner 1/4" (12 ft^2)

-Dynamat Dynaliner 1/8" (12 ft^2)

-Dynamat Hoodliner

-Dynamat Extreme Door Kit (already one bulk pack installed in car)

-Dynamat Dynaxorbs

-Tsunami 10.9 RCA's, fused distribution blocks and cable clamps

-Tsunami X15 battery terminals

Hmmmm. Lot of nice equip. so far. You know what we wanna see. Did you do all the engine mods this summer?

Second post, gear on order:

-Morel Supremo Tweeters (not piccolos)

-Morel Elate 6 midbass drivers

(should arrive by the 31st according to the tracking information)

I will be running these active through the processing of the 9835 using the D6600.4

All of the rest of the wiring is going to be Kicker 1/0 and 4 guage power wire, and the 12 guage twisted speaker wire.

Still TBD is the sub stage,

For an amp I originally planned to do the Diamond D61500.1 to match my 600.4, but now I'm thinking about A/B power and looking into Tru Technologies T2.100/200 or a Zapco c2k 6.0 but they are a little more then I feel like spending with as much money as I have into the rest of it... decision will be made shortly as I want to get started on the system ASAP

For the sub itself I was originally going to do a Diamond D912D2 with the 1500.1, but now I'm also considering a D612, or an IDMAX 12 or and IDQ 12. Again I'm trying to reach a decision ASAP.

Next update will be system layout plans and pictures of the Morel drivers when they arrive.

Most of the engine mods actually came with the car, I just replaced the air filter on the CAI and tuned it up a bit

i'm a big fan of matching amps so i would go with the D6 1000.1 or 1500.1. the ID subs are hard to find right now so i would go with a single D9 or possibly 2 Arc Flatlines if you can find them

I'm going to be doing a single sub.

I would like to stick with equipment I sell at work, but I'm quite intrigued by the IDMAX and Tru Tech and Zapco equipment...

If I have things my way the door panels come off tomorrow and I begin the process of deadening the door, and re-building the lower half of the panel in fiberglass to house the 6. Then come the tweeter pods for the A-Pillars. Stay tuned...
