Hmmm...
I have a 1996 Ford Thunderbird and the voltage just does not seem to stay up
. I just replaced the alternator and battery with new ones and still nothing. I am getting drops all the way to 11.9v:crap: , but sometimes its all the way up to 13.8v. During the day when it is hot as hell it will run anywhere form 11.9 up to 12.5, but at night when it is cooler outside I will usually run from 13.0 up to 13.8. I was wondering if anyone has a thunderbird because I heard this was a problem with thunderbirds. Anyways I want to know if anyone can tell me what they think, I have yet to put a sound system because I want to cure this problem first:crying: . By the way the alternator is a 130 amp alternator. I have never had voltage problems like this in any of my other cars:furious: .
