8 inch sub

I can agree to that. JL is pretty decent but for me I like the 1508s, Its just so satisfying to see two 8s get louder than your average 10s and 12s. I get lost in the fact that not everyone wants the loudest, sorry for not taking your choice of sq into factor. I do think those 1508s sound great but it is possible that the JL sound better, especially considering everyone listens to different types of music. Hope the w7s turn out well. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

tallest midget.... thats good:laugh:

DD 1508 is the best 8 inch sub ever made.Do not listen to anyone who has told you otherwise.

JL makes a decent sub but seriously it is a toy in comparison. I was a huge JL fan at one point but sometimes you have to realize that you have convinced yourself that somethings better than it is.

I cant say how it would do tuned to 28hz tho.
wow you really ride dd's nuts hard here. You have posted 18 times and I think you have mentioned DD in everyone, Maybe youve been around dante a bit too long.

The 1508 is anice sub, i owned 4 of them, but they have little to no low end extension. You know how I know? I personally measured all 4 of the drivers I had and they had a fs of 54 hz. Installed they cant touch the low end capabilities of the TC based 1000 series 8. The 1508 may burp louder, but I guarantee you the tc 1008 is more pleasing in a daily scenario.
