Those Dayton subs listed earlier would be pretty nice.

What Audiobahn was saying was that the warranty is usually only valid if professionally installed and can be verified with a receipt for proof of installation. Hence why most the people here spend less money on quality used stuff. They don't gotta worry about a warranty, because they know it is quality.

uhh what? dude it sounds like ur high lol and the amps will be seen and I just dont like the heavy old school amps. and i didnt pick my system yet thats why im asking CA. I changed my mind on new speakers and thought I could get better if I bought used subs and speakers. I am open to opinions really

woah woah woah i never said anything about knowing more than the people on here. btw I am not going pre-fabed even though it is sealed. I am making it car specific. I just wanted peoples opinions I never thought it would turn into anothe hater thread on CA like hmmm every single thread asking for advice on this forum.

Best deal in car audio going on right now IMO. Those Skar woofers are beasts, and those are shipped prices for a BNIB woofer and enclosure together! They can take about 1,000w rms during typical daily usage despite their conservative ratings. They are clean, and loud, and low. I know you were looking for a dual sub with a sealed enclosure, I just had to put it out there.

I buy used and new. Whichever fits the bill best at the time. I still say Dayton HO series for the subs. Brand new theyre like 135 shipped each and I love mine to death! not the loudest but as far as clean bass......wow! and can flex my sunroof if I want em to.

as for speakers, if youre going to do a passive set, look into the Pioneer D series, boston acoustics, Infinity, and the JL Audio C2s are pretty good too for the price online. (I'm sure many will disagree since its JL).

this is so true so be prepared to spend 500 at a shop to have it all installed cause if anything breaks after 30 days your screwed if your system was not professionally installed,these are the type of things online retails dont let the public know

Here's your subs, excellent for budget build. I powered a pair of these with 2000 Wrms and did great. They sound good too. Xmax is awesome for their price as well. I highly recommend these!

smexy car. I was gonna get one bur the dealership was not willing to move on the price. its still there to this day. and i was in the market a yr ago. lol

2 Dayton 10s, alpine type r 10s, or Sundown sa 10s get my vote.
