730$ to spend need some opinions.

yea i know exactly what your saying and I know I can get better everything used because well, its used. But still if that used stuff $hits the bed then I have to rebuy u know? and this being my first true build if I screw up on anything the warranty will help.
warranties are a joke, thats something we have all learned and you soon will too. heres 2 problems with your logic. first of all warranties count for nothing 9 times out of ten. if something breaks its almost always going to be user error and if it is they will just say it voids the warranty. pretty much unless your stuff comes doa the warranty wont help and even then it might not. had a pioneer head unit that was 1 month old and just quit putting out sound. sent it back, refused to repair or replace. same thing happened with a few amps. and this is the other problem. when you buy something new thats cheap enough to fit in your budget its cheap stuff that will break easily. mb quart is not the best stuff and type rs pop like popcorn. just saying ur gonna spend 750 bucks on 350 bucks worth of stuff and be more likely to be screwed when it breaks

we dont abuse equipment on this website. we know how to use it and kx series from kicker is one of the sturdiest series of mainstream amps ever made. anyway. mb quart will deliver the power it claims, not really sq amp material as a rule. type rs are okay but as anyone on here will tell you. you can get much better stuff at better prices if you go used.
I can attest to that as well I loved my KX amp, u can sometimes find the refurbs on ebay with warranty too.

I'm by no means a kicker fan never have been but i would take those kickers over the mb quartz IMO

but never the less the mb are good budget amplifiers and if you really want new id say go for it.

in the end it all comes down to what YOU want.

my kx1200 birth sheet reads 1560 rms at 13.8 volts thats a monster 1200 watt amp. mad clean.
I forgot what the birthsheet said on my kx350.4 but I KNOW that thing was underrated, and clean! Never even got really hot either after hours of blastin it.

If I had a use for amps right now i might have grabbed em off ya

i remember that the kicker that i had was pretty efficient, and didn't really get that hot either.

i hate kicker. i only like 3 things. the kx line of amps, the solo xs and the warhorse. in no case would i payeven half the retail price on any of these but i just picked up 2 solo xs for 400 bucks and that my friends is a deal thats worth snagging

You could try some Dayton HO 10s if your box is sealed. They love small sealed and small ported boxes. You can find them at parts express. Rated at 600 or 700 rms cant remember ATM, but I own some in a ported box tuned to 29hz and the SQ is AMAZING! and they will get pretty nasty if I crank it too. I can still shut down alot of the BS systems around me. The type R's are also nice SQL subs but idk how well they do sealed. heres a link: Dayton Audio RSS265HO-4 10" Reference HO Subwoofer 4 Ohm 295-462

For amps, look into boston Acoustics namely this one: Boston Acoustics GTA-704 (GTA704) 4-Channel Class AB GTA Amplifier for your mids and highs (also could look into MB Quart)

for your lows, since you want new, http://www.amazon.com/Boston-Acoustics-GTA-800m-subwoofer-amplifier/dp/B002R5YKJI but you may need more power to get better volume sealed. (or once again try mb quart)

Mids n Highs: I've heard good things about the Type R's, I have a set of Pioneer TSD1720cs that are some of the best budget comps I've ever owned and many others will agree, also look into the Morel Maximo, and since Im obviously a boston acoustics fan, the S-series up to the SC series might be good for you to look into.

Quick math tells me this surpasses your $730 budget though lol But I know the MB Quart amps are less expensive than the Bostons i recommended but I cannot personally attest to their performance like i can with BA.

Used may not really be a bad idea, but I understand wanting to buy new so maybe you could do a little at a time....?
To be honest I am already doing a little at a time hahaha. oh and btw guys the warranty is a 60 dollar extended warranty through OCS and repairtech. It states that no matter the problem they can replace it. Unless I obviously void the warranty completely and crack it with a sledgehammer.

I will most likely keep the quarts no matter the setup cause they have decent reviews and putout rated power (they also match). So pretty much I might look into used speakers/subs. Anoyone have any ideas for the 4 speakers and 2 subs for lets say 425 and no more? (they can be used)

Looks as if you have chosen your system already??So what are you waiting for??I have and buy old school amps, and surpass all the new amps for SQ, as well as POWER, and quality, and my WALLET!! I have a 66 watt amp that i will put up towards any 200 watt amp in todays market??Autotek Mean Machine 66?/Its just 66watts??LOL!! OLd school amps really are quality my friend. If i can take a 66 watt amp and bang the crap out of a pair of 900rms 10s with AUTHORITY!! and throw my new 1000 watt amp to the side(not mentioning names, may **** alot off on here) but something is deffently wrong with the world today??//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/boink.gif.91933e72f927f2cefc79aff02573090c.gif Good luck with your syatem build:uhoh:

That warranty prob only in effect with a professional install/ reciept as well??//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

uhh what? dude it sounds like ur high lol and the amps will be seen and I just dont like the heavy old school amps. and i didnt pick my system yet thats why im asking CA. I changed my mind on new speakers and thought I could get better if I bought used subs and speakers. I am open to opinions really
